Your purchase
Rights & Rate is a desktop app for UGC creators. You purchase a personal, nonexclusive lifetime license for a one-time payment, with no subscription. The license covers the purchased version and allows up to 2 active computers. It does not promise compatibility with every future operating system or access to future paid versions.
Price, taxes and invoices
You pay the price shown at checkout at the time of purchase. The seller operates under the Italian flat-rate scheme (regime forfettario), so no VAT is charged: operation not subject to VAT under art. 1, paragraphs 54–89, Law 190/2014. Payments are processed by Shopify. If you need an invoice (for example, for a business purchase), email support@rights-and-rate.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and full billing details (name or company name, address, and VAT or tax ID if any).
Delivery
After purchase, your license key is sent to your purchase email. Download the app from Download & Help.
Activation and devices
Enter your license key when you first open the app. The app needs an internet connection to activate; after that it works offline, and when online it briefly checks your license with the licensing service. Each license supports 2 active computers. To move your license, deactivate the old computer from Settings and activate the new one. Keep your key private: transfer, sharing, resale and sublicensing of the key are not permitted, and keys found to be shared or obtained fraudulently may be deactivated.
Guidance and availability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. Calculations, pricing rules and templates are guidance, not legal, tax or financial advice. You control your rules and remain responsible for reviewing quotes, agreements, taxes and client communications. No particular income, market rate or legal outcome is guaranteed.
Your rights
The EULA governs use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support@rights-and-rate.com with questions about your order.
Digital delivery and refunds
All sales are final. Rights & Rate is digital software delivered immediately after purchase. Before checkout you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that, as a consumer in the EU or UK, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins.
The Refund Policy allows a refund or replacement for duplicate purchases made by mistake or a license key that cannot be activated because of a problem on our side that we cannot resolve within 7 days. In these cases contact support@rights-and-rate.com within 30 days of purchase.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights where the product is defective or not as described.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
